Please note that by placing an order with me you are indicating your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering

To make a purchase browse my online shop and add any items you wish to buy to the ‘Shopping Cart’. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be diverted to Paypal’.

Payments

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling only. To convert prices into your own currency you may wish to visit the currency converter at http://finance.yahoo.com/currency.

By Credit Card

PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still buy through Paypal. Click on buy now, look to the left of the log into Paypal box and click on continue.

Your payments are made in a secure environment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Order Confirmation

Shipping

We ship within the UK and internationally. We aim to ship all orders within 7 working days. Most items are dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. In some cases we ship items the same day. Items are shipped from Monday to Friday.

UK Shipping

The postage and packaging costs will be added to your sales total during the checkout process. UK shipping is charged at £3.95 for the purchase of a single book to be delivered first class post by the Royal Mail. No signature is required for receipt of any delivery. For orders of 2-25 books there is a fee of £9.30 plus a packing fee of 55p per book. The books will be delivered by courier. If buying 2 books, it makes sense to place 2 separate orders as this is your cheapest option.

Overseas Shipping

Beth de Sousa is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on global orders.

European orders are charged at £6.95 per book.
Book orders for the rest of the world are charged at £11.95 per book.

Returns Policy

I want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact Beth de Sousa via the contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that unless goods are faulty, postage and packaging will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. All returns must be sent to Beth de Sousa at Unit 4, Little Houndbeare Farm, Oak Road, Aylesbeare, Devon, Exeter, EX5 2DD.

When returning an item, please enclose a copy of your receipt, your full name and address and the date of your order. Please state the reason for return clearly. I recommend that you send any returned items via recorded delivery for your own protection as I cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Important notice

Goods returned for refund must be in "as new" saleable condition.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
